1. Shipping Method

Shipping method will be determined based on order size and product. 

UPS or US Mail: Packaging and shipping via UPS Ground or USPS service. Unless otherwise requested, delivery will not require a signature at the time of delivery and will be left at location if no one is present. 

LTL RESIDENTIAL: For large order delivery to Residential addresses, signs will be crated and shipped via common carrier. Carrier will call in advance to set up a delivery appointment. Lift gate and/or inside delivery is NOT included unless requested; client is responsible for off loading freight.

LTL COMMERCIAL: For large order delivery to Commercial addresses, signs will be crated and shipped via common carrier. Lift gate and/or inside delivery is NOT included unless requested; client is responsible for off loading freight.

2. What is your Return Policy?

Elements, Inc. hopes you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, we accept returns on specific Quickship items if they are in new, unused condition, within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Client must pay return shipping and shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact Elements, Inc. at 1-800-223-2788 for a return authorization before sending items back.

  • Model Home Signs: Quick Ship

 

We cannot accept returns on any custom signs - including any Quick Ship sign with custom information (Address signs, address plaques, etc.)
